Screenshots can be deleted by the Company owner or any Company administrators who have access to them. Please keep in mind that screenshots are deleted immediately and permanently; screenshots cannot be restored!
Screenshots can be deleted from the:
- Screenshots section
- My DeskTime section
- Dashboard section. (You can delete only suspicious screenshots, and you can only delete them one-by-one.)
You can select specific images to be deleted or use the Select All option in the My DeskTime and Screenshots sections.
After a file is deleted, it will appear as a Deleted screenshot icon. The screenshot's timestamp and application name will remain visible. See below for visual examples:
