The DeskTime reseller program allows our partners to sell DeskTime licenses to their own clients under a wholesale pricing model. It’s designed for businesses that work closely with corporate clients and want to offer DeskTime as part of their services.
- You receive DeskTime licenses at discounted prices (starting from 30% off) that you can sell at your own prices.
- You sell your DeskTime licenses to end customers. They pay invoices directly to you.
- DeskTime invoices you for the licenses at your discounted rate.
- You keep the difference as recurring profit.
This program allows you to decide how you identify and approach your customers, how you sell DeskTime to them, and at what prices. For example, you can resell DeskTime licenses on their own, or include them as part of a bundle deal with other software products or consulting services.

You set your own end-client pricing, so your actual margin depends on how you choose to position and sell DeskTime. In this example, we used the listed price of DeskTime Premium (what the client would have paid if they subscribed directly from our website).
Your clients pay for DeskTime to you directly (in this example, we assumed a 10% discount provided by you). We invoice you for the DeskTime licenses with your reseller discount applied, and the difference is your monthly margin.
Who can join the reseller program?
The reseller program is built for companies that manage or advise corporate clients. Examples include IT service providers, HR consultancies, software resellers, and similar businesses. If you believe that you are a good fit for the reseller program, sign up using this form, and we will assess your eligibility.
We believe that the reseller program will be especially beneficial if you specialize in workplace management software and your clients include small and medium businesses in knowledge-based industries, as that is DeskTime's key customer profile. That said, if you have clients of any size with teams who work at computers, DeskTime is likely a good fit.
Differences between DeskTime reseller program and affiliate program
DeskTime offers two programs for our partners: reseller program, and affiliate program. While both allow our partners to benefit from DeskTime sales, they work differently and are intended for different kinds of partnerships.
- DeskTime reseller program: A Value-added reseller (VAR) program for our business partners. Resellers take an active role: you handle local sales, contracting, and client billing. In return, you get wholesale pricing, full control over your margins, regular communication with our team, and access to our visual marketing materials.
- DeskTime affiliate program: A referral-based affiliate program intended for affiliates, social media influencers, and other DeskTime partners. Discount tiers
The base discount percentage of DeskTime reseller program is 30%, and it is available to any partner from the very beginning. However, the discount can grow up to 50% as your total managed licenses increase.

How to become a DeskTime reseller
Joining the DeskTime reseller program involves a four-step process:
- Apply: Use this form to submit your application to the reseller program. We will perform an initial screening and reach out to you.
- Intro call: If your application meets the preliminary requirements, you will be invited to book an introduction call, during which our Head of Resellers will discuss your strategy and onboard you to the reselling process.
- Reseller academy: We provide training materials that cover everything you need to know about DeskTime, helping you become fully informed about the product and how to sell it to your customers.
- Set up Reseller account: Once you register to DeskTime, we will change your account to Reseller: this will allow you to manage client licenses within a centralized partner hub.
We maintain direct communication with our channel partners, and we will host regular meetings to discuss your results, goals, and strategy, and to address any questions or concerns. In addition, we will provide you with visual assets, pitch decks, targeted email sequences, and customer case studies at no charge.
