Promo codes, also known as coupon or discount codes, are a unique sequence of symbols that you can enter in your account's settings to get exclusive deals and discounts.
Using a promo code
To use a promo code:
1. Go to Settings > Billing >Subscription overview. Then go to the Discounts & promotions section.
2. Enter your code and click the Add code button. If the code is valid and has been successfully applied, you will see the code added and the price deducted in the Next payment section.
Note!
- Only one discount can be applied at a time. You can’t combine discounts.
- When you add a new discount, it will replace any previously applied discount.
- Some discounts have specific conditions that must be met, such as a particular subscription plan or a minimum number of user seats. Make sure your account meets all requirements to activate the discount.
How do I check the expiry date of my discount?
Each discount is valid for a specific period of time.
If you’ve applied a Promo code or special discount to your account, the expiration date will appear on the system notification and in the Discounts & promotions section.
Note!
When the discount period ends, your price will return to the regular rate based on your plan, billing cycle, and number of user seats.
