The DeskTime mobile app is available for download on Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS).
Please note that the mobile app does not automatically track your phone activities (like apps or calls). Instead, it’s designed to help you check your stats, add offline time, and use the manual timer while on the go. You can find a detailed guide on the mobile timer here.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is a high-level overview available to Admin-level users. Here, you can monitor the current day’s performance or use the navigation buttons at the top to review previous days.
At a glance, you can see average company productivity, identify who is late, and see who hasn't clocked in yet. Tapping on any of these metrics will open a detailed list for that specific category.
Team section
In the Team section, you can see what every employee is doing in real-time. You can check if they are currently online or offline, see which application they are using, and view their total attendance for the day.
Navigation: Use the arrow buttons at the top to view data from previous days.
Details: Tap any employee’s name to open their personal page for a more in-depth look at their activity.
My DeskTime section
The My DeskTime section is your personal hub. It displays your tracked time, productivity, effectiveness, and arrival/leaving times for the day.
If you have gaps in your timeline from being away from your computer, you can tap the Assign time option to fill those idle periods as Offline time. You can also use the arrows to navigate back and review your performance from previous days.

Settings: Edit your name, email, password, or phone number.
Support: Send a message directly to our support team for assistance.
