If you have forgotten your password, there is an easy way to reset it and get back to work. Just follow these steps:
- Go to this link. (You must be logged out!)

Enter the Email address you used to create your DeskTime account or user profile.
- DeskTime will send an automatic email to the address you entered with the subject "Password reset request".
- Click on the link provided in this email. If you can't find it in your Inbox, please check your spam or trash folders.
- Type in your current email and your new password
- Click Reset password
Please note that after performing a password reset, you will be automatically logged out of DeskTime web, desktop, and mobile applications! Your time is tracked only if you are logged into the DeskTime desktop app so we advise logging back in at your earliest convenience.
This same process happens when you are trying to change your e-mail address.
Keep in mind:
Your password needs to be at least 15 symbols long. It must include at least one uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
