If you are the Company Owner or a Company Administrator and don't see project costs, make sure this feature is enabled for the DeskTime account.
To enable the feature, go to Settings → Account → General → Employee permissions and make sure that the Enable project costs box is checked.

Note: Only the Company Owner or Company Administrator roles can see project costs.
