All absences approved in the Absence Calendar section will be visible in the Work Schedules section.
If a shift and an absence are both pending for approval on the same day or one is planned over the other, the most recently approved time will override the day. For instance, if a shift is scheduled over a Rest day, the Rest day will be deleted, and only a shift will be scheduled for that day.
