The per-user pricing allows you to create and easily calculate your subscription price based on the number of user seats on your account.
You can check and edit user seats on your Billing page. In case a user is deleted or archived, the license can be assigned to another user. To see our subscription plans, head on over to our Pricing page.
Keep in mind that VAT is not included in the price, and, as the user, it’s your responsibility to pay all fees, payments, and applicable taxes associated with our site and services.
Note!
- If you add more user seats to your plan, DeskTime will charge you the difference for the rest of the billing cycle.
- If you remove user seats from your current plan, DeskTime will not refund the difference in price.
- All features available as part of an upgrade plan will be activated immediately after payment is received.
- Deleting or archiving team members won't automatically reduce user seats and pricing. The number of user seats on the Manage subscription & user seats page must be changed manually.
It is important to adjust the subscription plan, billing cycle, or the number of user seats before the upcoming invoice is generated.
As DeskTime is a prepaid service, downgrades are non-refundable, and the new rate will be automatically charged during the next billing cycle.
If the subscription is canceled or the account is deleted, DeskTime will not refund any payments made prior to the cancellation.
