If you've started using DeskTime and later realize that a different plan suits your business better, no worries—you can switch plans anytime!
- To change the pricing plan, go to Settings > Billing >Subscription overview. Choose the option Manage subscription & user seats.
- Select your preferred price plan. If you are upgrading, click the Confirm & pay button. But if you’re downgrading, click the Save changes button.
Note!
- If you upgrade to a higher plan, you will be charged the price difference for the remaining days of the current billing period.
- If you downgrade to a lower plan, the price difference for the current billing period will not be refunded.
- If you're a DeskTime user from India, due to a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) directive introducing additional security measures for recurring payments on cards issued in India, the automatic payment will be processed for 26 hours. During this time, you won't be able to make any changes to your pricing plan.
