The Team Members section provides real-time insights into your team’s activity. It is accessible for all user roles except employees.
Terminology
These statistics refresh frequently to show the most current data for the following categories:
- Productive time: Time spent actively working on applications categorized as productive.
- DeskTime time: The total time spent actively working on the computer across all application levels.
- Arrived at: The exact time the user logged in. If the time appears in red, the user logged in later than their assigned start time.
- Left at: The time of the last tracked activity. If a user is currently online, this will be displayed as Working.
- Time at work: The total duration from Arrived at to Left at.
- Active app: The specific application, program, or URL that the user is currently using.
- Active project: The specific project and task the user is currently tracking time toward.
- Status: Shows the current working location (if specified in Work Schedules) or any absences added to the Absence Calendar. (e.g., working remotely, in-office, sick leave, or paid leave)
- Offline time: Hours manually logged for work completed away from your computer. Use this to fill gaps in your productivity bar where DeskTime couldn't automatically track your activity.
You can check the details of all the users simultaneously, search for a specific user, or use the Teams filter option to check details for a particular team.
Also, click on one of the other options to see who is currently Working, Slacking, or has arrived late or is Absent.
If you notice an employee missing from the list, you can easily invite and add a new Team member from this section, too.
