Sign in with the DeskTime app
Click Log in on the DeskTime icon on your desktop’s toolbar. A browser window will open to complete authentication.
In this process, you can use all sign-on methods – email, Microsoft Entra ID, LinkedIn, Google, and Apple accounts.
Once you’ve logged in, the app will be launched in the background, and the process is complete.
Note: If the DeskTime application does not sign in to your account automatically using your web browser, you can sign in manually using an OTP code. Read more in this article.
Additional Login Options
Remember me checkbox: Checking the Remember me box on the sign-in page saves an authentication token to your browser. This keeps you logged into the web dashboard across sessions so you don’t have to enter your email and password every time you visit DeskTime.
For security reasons, we do not recommend using this option on shared or public computers.
Accepting cookies: DeskTime uses essential cookies to verify your identity and keep your active login session secure. If your browser blocks cookies, you may find yourself being signed out repeatedly or unable to complete authentication when linking the desktop application.
