Subscriptions can be canceled only by user roles that have access to the billing section, such as Company Owner.
Here’s what you need to do to cancel your DeskTime subscription:
- Go to Settings > Billing > Subscription overview. Click the Cancel my subscription button.
- DeskTime will ask for a cancellation reason. Just choose the one that fits best and click Confirm cancellation, or if you are a user role that cannot cancel their subscription, you will be asked to Send a cancel request
- That’s all! You’ll receive confirmation that your subscription has been canceled, and you won’t be charged anymore. You can use DeskTime until the end of the current billing period.
